Attorney John F. Reha (“Mr. Non-Compete” in the Colorado legal community) created the leading professional education course for other Colorado lawyers in the areas of trade secrecy, non-compete agreements, and unfair competition.
He also served for many years as a member of the adjunct faculty of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, providing instruction on business sales and purchases and related issues, with a focus toward meaningful valuation, capture and retention of information and other intangible assets.
John has long been rated by his peers as an “AV Preeminent” attorney*, which notes both the highest level of competence and ethics. John was selected by his peers for inclusion in Colorado Super Lawyers for five years. Only 5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected for this peer-derived honor.
*AV Preeminent and BV Distinguished are certification marks of Reed Elsevier Properties Inc., used in accordance with the Martindale-Hubbell certification procedures, standards and policies. Martindale-Hubbell is the facilitator of a peer review rating process. Ratings reflect the confidential opinions of members of the bar and the judiciary.
